Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time, on-site CCTV Support Engineer based in Rajkot for CCTV Engineer Southport. Your main responsibilities will include providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring the proper functionality of installed CCTV systems. You will also be tasked with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, maintaining system performance, and offering guidance to clients for optimal use of their security systems. Collaboration with team members and maintaining service logs will be crucial in this role.
