Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CCTV Service Technician, located in Pune. The technician will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as installing, maintaining, and repairing CCTV and surveillance systems. Other duties include troubleshooting technical issues, performing regular maintenance checks, coordinating field service operations, and providing excellent customer support by resolving client issues and ensuring optimal system performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of CCTV and surveillance equipment
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting technical issues to ensure system functionality
• Experience in providing Field Service support and on-site technical assistance
• Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and address client needs effectively
• General knowledge of electronic systems and networking is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Relevant technical certifications or diplomas in electronics or a related field are advantageous
