Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a CCTV Service Technician. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing CCTV and surveillance systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring system functionality. Daily tasks will include field visits to client sites, system diagnostics, routine inspections, and providing excellent customer service to address client needs effectively. The role requires collaboration with clients and team members to ensure seamless operation and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of CCTV and related systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Experience in Field Service, including on-site visits and inspections
• Excellent Customer Service skills to provide professional and effective client support
• Knowledge of system installation and maintenance best practices
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Knowledge of IP-based systems, centralized systems, or remote access solutions is a plus
• Prior experience in the surveillance or technology industry is an asset
