CCTV Field Engineer

As a CCTV Systems Technician, your role involves designing, specifying, configuring, and installing analog and digital CCTV systems, Fire Alarm, and Access control systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining and upgrading existing systems as necessary. Building strong relationships with vendors and contractors related to CCTV systems is essential to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other hardware components. - Provide technical support to end users for software and hardware-related issues. - Install IP Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, MDVRs, Wi-Fi Cameras, and connect CCTV cameras to the network. - Commission, integrate, and test CCTV systems, as well as troubleshoot IP Cameras. - Conduct on-site training for clients and ensure the up-gradation of Camera & Security Systems based on client requirements. - Attend to CCTV maintenance calls and handle customer queries independently. - Record complaints, assign manpower, resolve issues within SLA, and update databases accordingly. - Analyze complaints and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Qualifications Required: - Basic knowledge of networks and network switching is preferred. - Proficiency in CCTV installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting is necessary. - Ability to work independently with limited supervision and handle customer queries effectively. - Familiarity with CCTV, Fire Alarm, access control, intrusion alarm, IP camera, and Bio-metric systems is required.
