Role & responsibilities

Proven graphic designing experience, Rail domain will be added advantage
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
Up to date with industry leading software in e-learning (Flash, Photoshop, Animate, Storyline 360, Captivate, etc)
Highly proficient in all design aspects
To ensure e-learning content aligns with instructional design principles.
Create interactive and engaging e-learning modules
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Requirements

Cultivate a solid body/ Structure of work
Take the design brief to record requirements and clients needs
Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
Develop e-learning training modules like CBTs and WBTs
Work as part of a team with Instructional Designers, Programmers, QAs, SMEs, etc
