Miracle Hub is hiring for our esteemed client, a reputed cattle feed manufacturing and distribution company, for the position of Cattle Feed Sales Executive.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about rural sales, livestock care, and building strong dealer networks in the agriculture ecosystem.

Role Summary

As a Cattle Feed Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting animal nutrition products, managing channel partners, and driving sales growth in rural markets. The role involves direct interaction with farmers, dealers, and distributors to strengthen product reach and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell cattle feed products across assigned territory.
• Educate farmers and dealers on animal nutrition, livestock care, and feed benefits.
• Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks in rural areas.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits, lead generation, and conversion.
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis for business growth.
• Provide after-sales support and build strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate daily reporting using CRM tools.
• Plan routes strategically for maximum area coverage.

Must-Have Requirements

• 1–5 years of field/channel sales experience in Agri, Cattle Feed, Dairy, or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills in local language, Hindi, and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Graduate in any discipline (Agri background preferred).

Good to Have

• Experience with cattle feed or animal health products.
• Knowledge of local farming practices and livestock management.
• CRM and basic computer literacy.
