Job Description

Prepare Cath Lab, equipment, and sterile instruments before procedures.
Prepare and position patients; verify identity and consent as per hospital policy.
Assist cardiologists during procedures (angiography, angioplasty, pacemaker/ICD).
Monitor ECG, blood pressure, oxygen saturation during procedures.
Operate Cath Lab equipment (fluoroscopy, hemodynamic monitoring systems).
Maintain aseptic technique and follow infection control and biomedical waste protocols.
Ensure radiation safety measures for patients and staff.
Maintain equipment checks, calibration logs, and report faults to Biomedical Engineering.
Manage Cath Lab consumables and inventory.
Complete accurate procedure documentation and HIS/EMR entries.
Participate in NABH audits, quality improvement, incident reporting, and trainings.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.Sc. in Cath Lab / Cardiac / Radiology Technology.
2–3 years relevant hospital Cath Lab experience.

Competencies

Knowledge of cardiac procedures and Cath Lab equipment.
Compliance with NABH patient safety and infection control standards.
Effective communication and teamwork.
Ability to respond to emergencies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
