Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering/Purchase Executive located in Mumbai. The Catering/Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, handling purchase requisitions, and overseeing purchase management tasks. Daily duties include coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely procurement of goods, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Effective communication with stakeholders and procurement activities are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overall Purchase Management and Inventory Management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality or related field is preferred
• Strong Communication skills for effective coordination
• Experience in Procurement processes
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Prior experience in the shipping or hospitality industry is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
