Knight Gourmet is a Pan India Presence Event Hospitality Solutions Company with four local offices and presence across 15 states, 45 cities serving over 2 million patrons to date.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Catering Event Manager. The role is based in New Delhi with some flexibility for remote work. The Catering Event Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of catering events, coordinate with clients, manage on-site activities, ensure high-quality food service, and drive customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing catering sales and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to meet event objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Event Planning, Event Management, and Catering Sales
Strong grasp of Food Service operations and Customer Service excellence
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to lead teams and handle on-site challenges effectively
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
Relevant experience in catering or event management preferred
