Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining eShipz as a Mid-Category Sales Executive, where your primary focus will be on developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships within the courier and logistics sector in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Your role will involve strategic sales planning, client relationship management, market analysis, sales presentations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the courier and logistics industry. - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their shipping and logistics needs. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu to identify new opportunities. - Conduct compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. - Collaborate with operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. - Leverage fluency in Kannada, Tamil, and English to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. - Open to visiting industrial areas and IT parks for field visits. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2.5 years in sales within the courier, express, or logistics industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Mandatory fluency in Kannada, Tamil, and English. - Strong understanding of the logistics and supply chain ecosystem in South India. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
