Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Analyze industry, market trends and consumer behaviour for respective category
Leverage the above and develop product roadmap & long term go-to-market strategy
Managing product portfolio - pricing, promotions, and inventory to optimize category performance
Ownership of P&L, Sale planning (enablers), Inventory Management & Marketing to achieve goals, Product NPI
Collaborating with various teams like product development, marketing, sales and to identify and implement new products, services and marketing
Stakeholder Management - HQ team, Quality, Sales Channels, Marketing, Finance, SCM, AS and CS
Drive discussions on innovative ideas and best practices across teams & competition, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, product opportunities, and competitive offerings.
Drive impactful social media campaigns, leveraging analytics and trend analysis to enhance brand visibility. Drive Product Life Cycle Management including determining product positioning & messaging, pricing strategies, product launches, consumer demand forecasting, competitor tracking, develop channel strategy and manage channel conflicts, market sensing & action for sellout management
