Roles and Responsibilities: Category Strategy & Planning Develop and lead the category road map aligned with market trends and customer insights Conduct competitive bench marking to identify new growth opportunities Set revenue, margin, and inventory goals and track performance against them Assortment & Pricing Finalize assortment and product features in coordination with Product and Sales teams Define pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies to optimize profitability Monitor SKU-level performance and take corrective actions where needed Marketing & Promotions Collaborate with Marketing for new product launches and campaigns Create and manage category-specific content for both online and offline channels Analytics & Reporting Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and inventory metrics Provide strategic insights and performance reports to senior stakeholders Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with suppliers, procurement, and production teams to ensure product availability Coordinate with logistics and operations for smooth inventory movement Key Requirements: Proven experience in managing large product portfolios Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools Understanding of retail/channel sales and consumer behavior in kitchen appliance domain Excellent coordination and communication skills
