• Drive

  business development

  and growth in the corporate events category
• Build strong client relationships with HR/Admin decision-makers
• Manage

  vendor partnerships

  and ensure seamless event delivery
• Take ownership of

  P&L and margin management

  for the events category
• Lead negotiations, proposals, and event strategies for corporate clients

• 3–8 years of experience in

  corporate events / MICE / experiential marketing

• Proven expertise in

  business development, client servicing, and vendor management

• Hands-on experience managing

  budgets, margins, and profitability

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Stable work history with a track record of results

• Only Bengaluru-based candidates will be considered

• Candidates with experience in

  corporate-focused event agencies

  (Showtime, Wizcraft, Encompass, DNA Networks, Fountainhead, etc.) or in

  B2B event sales/client servicing roles
