Are you passionate about consumer insights, category growth, and building impactful marketing strategies? We’re looking for a sharp, strategic thinker to join our team and lead category-level growth initiatives across the business.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Create annual & quarterly growth plans for all categories, aligning with business and marketing goals

🔹 Understand consumer behavior deeply and develop actionable insights to recruit and retain users

🔹 Build and execute brand-specific and category-wide marketing strategies

🔹 Collaborate cross-functionally with E-commerce, Creative, Content, CRM & Performance teams

🔹 Lead 360° marketing campaigns for key brands including global and import labels

🔹 Drive strategic planning and communication across all marketing touchpoints

✔ Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Background:

✅ Prior experience in FMCG brand roles

✅ Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams

✅ 5–8 years of relevant experience
