Category Buyer - Supplier Chain Management (Korean language)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for the Manufacturing category. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end Source to contract cycle, RFx activities, and partnering with the strategic team to implement the Manufacturing category strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, both internal stakeholders and supplier management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for Machinery & Equipment, Consumables category - Lead end-to-end Source to contract cycle for Manufacturing category - Oversee end-to-end RFx activities - Collaborate with the strategic team to implement the Manufacturing category strategy - Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal stakeholders and supplier management Qualifications Required: - Experience in sourcing and contracting for Machinery & Equipment, Consumables category - Proficiency in Korean Language (proficient level not required) - Strong negotiation skills - Stakeholder Management experience with global/regional suppliers and stakeholders - Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrixed environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Problem-solving skills - Highly driven and motivated Additional Details: Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where all individuals can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or beliefs.
