🚨 Job Opportunity: Catalog Specialist – Last Mile Analytics & Quality (LMAQ)
Location: PAN India (100% Remote)
Experience: Freshers (Graduating Batches: 2022–2024)
Start Date: Immediate Onboarding
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct manual audits and resolve address/geolocation exceptions based on standard operating procedures (SOPs)
-Maintain and update accurate data using internal tools and trackers
-Identify, document, and report recurring issues to support process improvements
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate issues as needed
-Ensure high standards of productivity, data accuracy, and integrity
-Consistently meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics
Work rotational shifts in a 24x7 environment
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
-Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
-Fresh graduates (2022 to 2024 batches) encouraged to apply
