About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Catalog Operations Specialist to join our Studio Team at FirstClub. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless execution of product photoshoots, managing shoot operations, and delivering high-quality imagery for our catalog.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot Planning Support

• Maintain and update shoot calendars
• Consolidate crew availability & shoot requirements
• Confirm SKU counts for daily shoots

On-Ground Troubleshooting

• Support with prop handovers and team briefings for smooth shoot operations
• Procure food props and coordinate shoot planning & scheduling

Image QC & Delivery

• Conduct QC checks on delivered imagery against guidelines
• Flag and coordinate revisions for incorrect images
• Ensure metadata on production trackers is accurate & up to date

Stakeholder Liaison

• Share image links & feedback status with brands/categories
• Coordinate with category teams on missing SKUs/styles and RCA
• Support catalog initiatives like videos, creative shoots, and banners

Freelancer Communication

• Relay briefs, check crew ETAs, and manage availability
• Help troubleshoot blockers for freelance crew during shoots

Props & Styling Coordination

• Manage daily food prop requirements & availability at in-house and outsourced studios

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in catalog operations, studio management, or production coordination
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on approach with problem-solving mindset
• Prior exposure to e-commerce, retail, or studio setups is a plus

Contract Details

• Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension based on performance and business needs)
• Location: Bangalore (on-ground presence required for shoots)
