About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Quantitative Aptitude Faculty specializing in CAT preparation (Pure English medium). The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of CAT Quant concepts, excellent communication skills in English, and a passion for guiding aspirants to achieve their best results.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online/live classes for CAT Quantitative Aptitude in Pure English.
• Design, structure, and update high-quality learning materials, assignments, and practice questions.
• Solve doubts and mentor students with personalized guidance.
• Analyze student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep updated with the latest CAT exam trends, question patterns, and teaching methodologies.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure content consistency and teaching excellence.

Requirements

• Strong academic background (B.Tech/ M.Sc/ MBA or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in CAT Quantitative Aptitude (Pure English medium).
• Excellent command over Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Number System, Modern Math.
• Ability to teach and communicate concepts clearly in English only.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students preparing for competitive exams.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in reputed CAT coaching institutes.
• Proven track record of producing high percentiles in students.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
