Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for greeting customers warmly and providing prompt, courteous service. Operating cash register, scanners, scales, and other checkout equipment. Issuing receipts, refunds, or change due to customers. Bagging groceries carefully and assisting customers with carrying out if needed. Answering customer questions about products, prices, promotions, or store policies. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the checkout area. Following all cash handling and loss prevention procedures. Assisting with restocking and front-end displays as needed. Reporting any equipment issues or suspicious activity to management. Supporting store team with tasks during slow periods (e.g., returns, cleaning, facing shelves).
