Legal Associate

• Prepare draft, vetting and edit various agreements, contracts, writs, and letters.
• Perform research as needed and support projects, using secondary data, legal databases, libraries, corporate, and country law.
• Research documents and publications for details that would establish evidence as per revised clauses/laws.
• Assist in putting together a standard form of a confidentiality agreement.
• Prepare retainer agreements, contact letters, and various publications and handouts.
• Working with confidential documents and under confidentiality obligations.
• Proofed documents and submit them for review.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate should have a legal degree or pursuing post-graduation in Business and Corporate Law or a related field.
• Preferred qualification: BBA.LL.B / BBA.LL.B(Hons) in Corporate Law / LL.M in Corporate & Business Law / PG Diploma in Corporate & Business Law
• Experience of 2-5 years in the legal field is mandatory.
• Good drafting skills.
• Strong organizational and research skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written), and writing skill.
• Should have good listening, note-taking, and intersocial abilities.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, with people of all levels.
• Should be comfortable delivering research tasks allocated within stringent TAT.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
