1. Customer Service & Sales

Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor and offer assistance.

Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle to recommend suitable footwear and accessories.

Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and care instructions (e.g., materials, durability, fit, and style).

Assist customers with trying on shoes, ensuring a proper fit and a positive experience.

Upsell and cross-sell complementary products such as socks, insoles, and shoe care items.

Build and maintain rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and in accordance with company policy.

Stay up-to-date with current footwear trends, new arrivals, and promotional campaigns.

2. Cashier & Financial Management

Process all sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.

Manage cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring all transactions are balanced and discrepancies are reported.

Process returns, exchanges, and store credits accurately and in line with company policies.

Handle special orders and layaway plans as needed.

3. Store Operations & Inventory

Contribute to the overall cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the sales floor and stockroom.

Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed, priced, and labeled.

Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and receiving new shipments.

Report low inventory levels to management to ensure product availability.

Support loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and reporting suspicious activity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
