Cashier

You are urgently seeking a mature and responsible individual to join as a Cashier at one of our jewellery showrooms. As a Cashier, your primary responsibilities will include processing sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. You will be required to maintain accurate records of all transactions, reconcile cash drawers, and provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the cashier area is organized and well-stocked, following security procedures for handling cash and inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will also support sales associates by processing transactions and providing product information. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating cash registers, strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations and making change, attention to detail in all transactions and record-keeping, basic computer skills for operating POS systems and other relevant software, a basic understanding of jewelry products and pricing, and preferably previous experience in a retail or customer service environment. This is a full-time position that requires a dedicated individual who can efficiently handle cashier responsibilities while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional and organized workspace.,
