Cashier

Manage day-to-day cash transactions, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation. Operate and maintain financial records using Tally ERP 9 for accurate entry and reporting. Book cash vouchers promptly and accurately in the accounting system. Handle cash deposits and withdrawals from the bank as per organizational requirements. Perform bank-related miscellaneous tasks and maintain effective liaison with bank officials. Deposit and collect trade documents from banks and other financial institutions. Execute banking tasks related to contractors, including cheque deposits and documentation. Book journal vouchers related to cash, bank, and expenses with proper supporting. Cross-check staff attendance records and assist in processing salaries. Support in preparing and executing Full & Final Settlements of exiting employees.
