We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cashier to join our team at our Srerampur Branch. Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and efficient Cashier to manage our showroom's cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Manage and balance cash registers, including handling cash drops and pickups - Process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies - Maintain accurate records of sales, receipts, and refunds - Monitor and report any discrepancies or irregularities to management - Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management Requirements: - 1 years or more experience as a Cashier in a retail or hospitality environment - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Accounting or Finance preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in handling cash, credit card machines, and point-of-sale systems - Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information What We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package (₹15000 - ₹20000 depends upon your last drawn salary and interview performance) - Opportunity to work with a leading multi-national gold showroom - Professional growth and development opportunities - Collaborative and dynamic work environment IMPORTANT NOTICE: This is a completely free of cost, direct company-driven recruitment process.
