Job Description – Cashier cum Accountant (Night Duty 05:00pm to 01:00 am)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Shift Cashier cum Accountant (05:00pm to 01:00 am) to manage daily financial operations and ensure smooth and accurate record-keeping for the organization.

Experience: Upto 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Basic Accounting Knowledge – Handle day-to-day accounting tasks with accuracy and responsibility.

Bank Record Maintenance – Update, verify, and reconcile all bank-related entries regularly.

Daily Cash Collection – Monitor, record, and report daily cash inflows.

Cash Book Maintenance – Prepare and maintain an up-to-date cash book with complete accuracy.

B.R.S. (Bank Reconciliation Statement) – Prepare and maintain monthly/periodic BRS efficiently.

Daily MIS Reporting – Generate and share MIS reports for management decision-making.

Purchase & Sales Record Maintenance – Maintain proper documentation and entries of all purchase and sales transactions.

Stock Maintenance – Monitor and update stock records on a regular basis.

Proficiency in MS Excel – Ability to work on spreadsheets, formulas, and basic data analysis.

Basic Knowledge of GST – Manage basic GST-related entries and documentation.

Email & Internet Browsing – Handle professional email communication and basic online tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Baguiati, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• cashier cum Accountant: 4 years (Required)
