Cashew nut Quality test

• Conduct quality testing and inspection of raw and processed cashew nuts.
• Check and assess kernel grades, size, colour, moisture content, and defects.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and export specifications.
• Monitor quality at various stages — raw material, processing, and packing.
• Identify quality issues such as broken kernels, scorched kernels, mould, or infestation.
• Maintain quality records, test reports, and inspection logs.
• Coordinate with production teams to address quality deviations.
• Support pre-shipment inspection and quality clearance.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cashew nut quality testing/inspection.
• Strong knowledge of cashew grading standards (W, SW, DW grades, etc.).
• Understanding of moisture testing and quality parameters.
• Attention to detail and consistency in quality checks.
• Ability to work closely with production and packing teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
