Cash Application Analyst

As a Cash Application Analyst at Othain Group, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance to accounting and finance principles while delivering exceptional customer care and solutions. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities, qualifications, and skills required for this role: Responsibilities: - Review and approve entries, transactions, reconciliations, and reports. - Ensure compliance with accounting and finance principles, policies, processes, controls, and contract documents. - Process and prepare complex cash application transactions and provide daily cash reconciliations. - Train and mentor new and junior level employees. - Manage Issue Resolution cases and work on New Transitions. - Assist with billing preparations on complex issues. - Maintain various reports and ensure timely updates. - Prepare and overview process metrics and KPIs. - Conduct investigations, root cause analysis, and work across multiple processes as required. Qualifications: - Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce/Finance. - Minimum of 3+ years of working experience in Cash Applications. - Working knowledge of ERP (Dynamics 365) will be an added advantage. - Knowledgeable in basic accounting. - Proficient in computer skills, with familiarity in Excel and MS applications. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
