Job Description

Today, NCR VOYIX transforms the stores, restaurants and digital banking experiences with cloud-based, platform-led SaaS and services capabilities. Job Summary: The Cash App Analyst II is responsible for managing and analyzing cash application processes, ensuring accurate and timely posting of payments to customer accounts. This role supports financial operations by reconciling discrepancies, improving cash flow accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve payment issues. Key Responsibilities: Process and apply incoming payments (e.g., via bank lockbox, wire transfers, ACH). Reconcile customer accounts and resolve unapplied or misapplied payments. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Accounts Receivable, Customer Service) to resolve payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of transactions and support month-end closing activities. Assist with audits by providing documentation and analysis as needed. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel for data entry and reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2-4 years of experience in cash application or accounts receivable. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
