Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Case Officer – Documentation to join our Nehru Place branch. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of filing processes for Canada, Australia, and Tourist Visas for all countries. The role demands excellent organizational skills, thorough documentation management, and the ability to coordinate with clients to ensure complete and compliant applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Filing & Processing
  • Prepare, review, and submit visa applications for Canada, Australia, and Tourist Visas for all countries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with respective embassy/consulate guidelines.
  • Client Coordination & Case Management
  • Communicate with clients to collect required documents and information.
  • Advise clients on documentation gaps and ensure timely submission of missing information.
  • Maintain accurate case records and track the status of all applications.
  • Documentation Review & Compliance
  • Verify the authenticity and correctness of documents before submission.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical case files for audit and reference purposes.
  • Update clients regarding their application progress and any changes in requirements.
  • Filing Expertise
  • Handle online and paper-based filings for Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), Skill Select, and tourist visa categories.
  • Work on portals such as IRCC (Canada), ImmiAccount (Australia), and other country-specific visa application systems.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field; preference for candidates with background in immigration, law, or related areas.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in immigration documentation and case filing for Canada and Australia.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of immigration filing procedures for multiple countries.
  • Proficiency in handling tourist visa applications worldwide.
  • Excellent attention to detail and document verification skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and online visa application portals.
  • Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
