Universal Adviser – one of India’s leading immigration consultancies with over 11 years of proven success – is expanding its team! We’re currently looking for an experienced Senior Immigration Consultant to join our dynamic Gurugram office.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration consulting (experience with any country’s immigration process is acceptable – including but not limited to Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe)

Bachelor's Degree – mandatory

Proven ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and clarity

Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills

Experience with CRM tools, Excel, and maintaining sales pipelines is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert guidance on multiple immigration pathways and visa categories

Manage the complete end-to-end process of client applications

Handle client queries and offer strategic solutions for complex cases

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing immigration laws and policies

Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads into successful clients

Track and report progress using CRM tools and internal systems

Deliver high client satisfaction and promote post-sales engagement
