Role: Case Manager - Australia Processing Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Case Manager - Australia. The Case Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating immigration cases for clients applying for various types of migration visas such as Skill visas primarily. The role involves handling documentation, liaising with government authorities, providing guidance to clients, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Australian immigration policies and procedures Must have minimum 2 - 3 years experience in Australia immigration processing Experience in case management and client support Should have knowledge of Skill Assessment & EOIs lodging Manage the preparation and submission of all Australia applications Monitor profiles and proactively address all cases Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English, both written and spoken Show more Show less
