Roles and Responsibilities : Commercial Marketing (Office Space)

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote commercial office spaces for lease or sale.
• Plan and execute campaigns to enhance property visibility and attract corporate tenants.
• Collaborate with the leasing and business development teams to align marketing goals with occupancy targets.

2. Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct detailed market research on office space trends, demand, rental rates, and competitor offerings.
• Identify target client segments such as corporates, startups, and co-working operators.
• Provide management with insights and reports to support pricing and positioning strategies.
  

3. Branding & Promotions

• Manage branding and promotional activities for office projects across digital and offline platforms.
• Coordinate advertising through print media, digital campaigns, signage, property expos, and broker meets.
• Design and oversee marketing collaterals such as brochures, videos, and presentation decks.
  

4. Lead Generation & Client Engagement

• Generate quality leads through marketing campaigns, broker networks, and corporate outreach programs.
• Organize property visits, client meetings, and presentations.
• Maintain relationships with corporate real estate teams, consultants, and property agents.
  

5. Digital Marketing & CRM Management

• Manage property listings on real estate portals and corporate websites.
• Utilize digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing) to attract potential tenants.
• Maintain CRM systems to track inquiries, campaigns, and conversion metrics.
  

6. Coordination with Internal Teams

• Work closely with leasing, sales, design, and facility management teams for up-to-date project information.
• Ensure marketing materials accurately reflect property specifications, amenities, and availability.
• Coordinate with the finance team for marketing budgets and ROI tracking.
  

7. Events & Networking

• Organize and participate in property exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
• Conduct corporate outreach programs and broker engagement sessions to build market presence.
  

8. Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Track campaign performance, lead conversion, and occupancy outcomes.
• Prepare periodic reports on marketing ROI, client feedback, and competitive activity.
• Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
