Job Description

We’re seeking a Video Animator who is comfortable working with AI-based video creation tools to produce engaging, high-quality video content similar to Masha &the Bear and Peppa Pig. You’ll be responsible for turning scripts and ideas into visual stories that connect with our audience across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Animation Production: Create 2D or 3D animations, ensuring smooth character movements and expressive storytelling. Integrate a provided lead character in all the videos, making sure it looks consistent and fits the style. Storytelling: Create engaging and relatable stories for kids, incorporating fun, humor, and educational elements. Character Design: Design and animate appealing characters and settings that resonate with the target audience. Design scenes with lighting and color schemes similar to Peppa Pig and Masha and the Bear to achieve bright and engaging visuals. Project Management: Manage timelines and deliver high-quality content within deadlines. Sound Design Integration: Collaborate on voiceovers, sound effects, and background music to enhance the overall viewing experience. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on trends in children’s media and incorporate innovative ideas into production. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: Degree or certification in Animation, Graphic Design, Media Production, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). Technical Proficiency: Expertise in animation tools such as Toon Boom, Maya, Blender, Adobe Animate, or similar software and AI animation tools. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in children’s animation or similar projects. Storytelling Skills: Proven ability to craft engaging stories and develop characters for a young audience. Attention to Detail: Strong understanding of animation principles, character rigging, and scene composition. Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of Children's Media: Understanding of what makes shows like Masha and the Bear and Peppa Pig successful and engaging. Preferred Qualifications: Experience creating episodic content for children. Proficiency in AI-based 3D modelling and animation tools. Knowledge of AI tools or pipelines to streamline animation production. Familiarity with cultural or regional elements that enhance relatability for the target audience.
