Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Carrier Relations Specialist. The Carrier Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with carriers, ensuring effective communication, handling logistics management, and supporting sales activities. The role involves frequent interaction with carriers to onboard them, and ensure timely deliveries. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Carrier Relationships and Logistics Management skills
• Strong Communication and Telecommunications skills
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant logistics and transportation software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is preferred
