Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Carrier Relations and Trading Manager - Voice at PaaSoo. The role is located in Mumbai (remote candidates from other cities in India, or other countries, may be considered as well). Responsibilities include managing carrier relations, negotiating trading agreements, analyzing voice traffic, and ensuring service quality for voice-based services.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale voice business
• Knowledge of voice traffic analysis and service quality monitoring
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Understanding of telecom industry regulations and trends
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Familiarity with VoIP technologies is a plus
• Proficiency in English
