Position Overview

Yizi-Le Furniture is hiring a Carpentry Supervisor to oversee daily furniture production, guide a team of carpenters, and ensure high-quality output. Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply. Salary will be based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage carpentry/furniture production activities.
• Assign work, monitor output, and guide carpentry staff.
• Ensure accuracy in measurement, finishing, and product quality.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the workplace.
• Train and support carpenters to improve skills and efficiency.
• Coordinate with management and stores for materials.

Requirements

• Requirements
• Diploma/Degree qualifications in Logistics, Mechanical, or Civil will also be considered.
• Freshers can apply – training will be provided.
• Ability to read measurements and use carpentry tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
