Job Description

Job Title : Caretaker

Salary: 18000

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Caretaker to manage the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of our premises. The role involves ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of facilities while assisting in basic repair and support tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of the premises, including common areas and surroundings.
Oversee basic repairs and report maintenance issues promptly.
Ensure safety and security by monitoring entry/exit points and locking premises when required.
Supervise or assist in facility upkeep activities such as gardening, waste disposal, and minor electrical/plumbing tasks.
Coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, or facility management teams when needed.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance materials.
Support daily operational requirements such as opening/closing the premises or assisting staff and visitors.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: SSLC / Higher Secondary (preferred).
Prior experience in building or facility maintenance is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of cleaning, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
