The right candidate will be skilled at crafting professional, ATS-friendly resumes that attract recruiters and hiring managers, while also offering career coaching to guide clients toward success.

Responsibilities

• ✍️ Create resumes from scratch, tailored to U.S. job market standards.
• 🔑 Research and integrate industry-specific keywords to ensure resumes are ATS-compliant.
• 📊 Highlight client achievements with quantifiable results (not just duties).
• 🛠️ Optimize LinkedIn profiles for visibility and recruiter search.
• 🎯 Provide career coaching in resume strategy, interview preparation, and networking.
• 🤝 Work closely with job seekers (especially OPT/CPT candidates) to prepare them for U.S. job applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Resume Writer / Career Coach / HR Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of ATS systems and U.S. hiring practices.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to research keywords and align resumes with job descriptions.
• Experience coaching candidates on interviews, networking, and U.S. job search strategy.
