About the Role

Unext Learning Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Academic Counselors to be part of our student enrollment team. This role focuses on assisting prospective students in selecting the right programs, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring a seamless enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide career and course guidance to prospective students and parents.

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and walk-ins related to admissions.

• Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling and rapport-building.

• Maintain updated knowledge of programs to address queries confidently.

• Consistently achieve enrollment targets as per monthly/quarterly goals.

• Document student interactions and maintain accurate records on CRM.

• Support applicants throughout the admission cycle, ensuring a smooth process.

Skills & Requirements

• 6 months2 years of experience in admissions, inside sales, or education counseling.

• English and Hindi

• Excellent persuasion and relationship-building abilities.

• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

• Immediate availability preferred.

Working Conditions

• Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

• Working Days: 6 days/week (weekends included, 1 weekday off)

• Age Limit: Below 30 years
