Career Development Specialist (Sales)

Job Description: As an Inside Sales Specialist at Simplilearn, your role will be crucial in converting leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers. You will be responsible for identifying and converting opportunities for our suite of online learning programs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Converting leads received through various marketing channels. - Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans to achieve assigned goals. - Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers. - Identifying references from the existing customer base to enhance the sales pipeline. - Managing customer relationships effectively. If you are an enthusiastic and target-driven individual with a graduation in any stream and 6 months to 4 years of experience in sales, this role offers a competitive CTC between 4 - 7.3 LPA (including 25% incentives).
