Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor, located in Chennai. The Career Counselor will provide guidance on career development, management, and educational opportunities to students and professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, creating personalized career plans, assisting with skill development, and collaborating with educational institutions and employers to facilitate placements. The counselor will support individuals in identifying their strengths and aligning them with appropriate career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in Student Counseling, with proven ability to guide and support students in educational and career decisions
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and build meaningful relationships
• Proven ability to develop strategies and resources for effective career planning
• Relevant qualifications in counseling, education, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and collaborate with teams and external partners
• Experience in working with educational institutions or placement services is an added advantage
