Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling and guidance to students, facilitating career development and management sessions, and assisting students in setting and achieving their career goals. The role involves assessing students' skills and interests, offering professional advice, and maintaining effective communication with students and facilitators. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi Confident, polite, and persuasive phone etiquette Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools) Ability to work independently and effectively manage time Relevant certifications or degrees in Business Management, Counseling, Sales, or related fields are preferred Previous experience in a tele-calling and/or study abroad consultancy are preferred Education: Graduate or Post Graduate (any stream); background in study abroad counseling or education preferred Location: Bhilai (Chhattisgarh) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years Benefits: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Training and career development opportunities Supportive work environment Opportunity to work with a growing brand in the education sector Show more Show less
