Career Counselor

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential students through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat to understand their learning goals.
• Explain program offerings, curriculum highlights, and career prospects in a clear and student-friendly manner.
• Assess student profiles and provide guidance on eligibility, documentation, and application steps.
• Track student progress from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring timely updates and smooth coordination.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Work toward monthly enrollment milestones while prioritizing quality guidance and student satisfaction.

Required Skills :

• Graduate in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in counseling, admissions support, academic advising, or customer service (freshers encouraged to apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to listen and empathize.
• Comfortable working with targets, structured workflows, and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
