Career Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions to assess students’ interests, aptitude, personality traits, and career aspirations.
• Help students connect academic choices with career outcomes, including employability and skill requirements.
• Assist students in identifying skill gaps and recommend relevant UG/PG courses, certifications, internships, or training programs.
• Explain eligibility criteria, academic progression routes, fee structures and career outcomes.
• Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions, career recommendations, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Strive to achieve weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in career counseling, student advising, education services, or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple counseling sessions efficiently.
• Genuine interest in mentoring, student development, and career planning

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
