Role Description

This full-time Career Counselor role is based on-site at our office in Egmore. The Career Counselor will work closely with students to provide guidance on career development, counseling, and management. Primary responsibilities include evaluating individual career goals, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, guiding students in selecting career paths, and offering support for education and job opportunities. The Career Counselor will also collaborate with academic institutions and employers to create career opportunities for students.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in Student Counseling and supporting educational or career planning
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
• Ability to work effectively with students, employers, and academic institutions
• Knowledge of current job market trends and career pathways
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience in training and placement services is a plus
