Key Responsibilities: Initiate and maintain communication with potential students via phone, email, and WhatsApp to gain insight into their educational preferences and career goals. Offer tailored recommendations on undergraduate and postgraduate programs that align with their long-term ambitions. Manage the full admissions journey—from the first point of contact through to successful enrollment and subsequent support. Cultivate trust-based relationships through sincere, needs-focused counseling and informed program suggestions. Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records of all communications and follow-ups within the CRM platform. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preference given to those with qualifications in Education or an MBA). 0.6 to 2 years of professional experience in EdTech sales, student counseling, or business development. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English. A goal-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to helping students achieve academic success. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
