• Interact with students and parents to understand academic background, interests, and career goals

• Provide personalised guidance on courses, colleges, exams, and eligibility

• Conduct counselling sessions through calls, WhatsApp, video meetings, and in-person sessions

Admissions & Application Support

• Assist students in selecting suitable colleges based on ranks, budget, preferences

• Explain admission processes like NEET, JEE, CUET, CAT, CMAT, state counselling procedures, etc.

• Guide students in documentation, form filling, fee payment, and seat locking

• Maintain complete MIS and follow-up funnels

Sales & Conversions

• Convert student inquiries into admissions

• Maintain high conversion rate through effective lead nurturing

• Share college briefings, brochures, fee details, highlight USP of courses

Relationship & Communication

• Build long-term trust with students and parents

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing)

• Stay updated with latest changes in counselling rules, cutoffs, rankings

Reporting & Documentation

• Manage CRM, track daily calls, leads, conversions
• Create weekly and monthly reports
• Maintain accurate student records
