We are seeking experienced and motivated Career Counselors to join Moople, a leading institute in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guiding students and professionals on career choices, academic pathways, and skill development opportunities.

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students.
• Assist learners in identifying educational and career goals.
• Guide students in course/program selection and progression planning.
• Provide support on interview preparation, resume building, and industry alignment.
• Maintain counseling records and generate periodic reports.
• Collaborate with faculty, placement teams, and industry partners.

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a career counselor (preferably in educational institutes or training organizations).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of current industry opportunities and training ecosystems.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide students effectively.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred).
