Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor Team Lead located in Kozhikode. The Career Counselor Team Lead will be responsible for leading the team of career counselors, providing career guidance and support to students, and helping them in their career development and management. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing student counseling sessions, developing career plans, and ensuring effective communication with students and stakeholders.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the education or career development field is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Education, Human Resources, or related field
