Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Career Counsellor located in Kozhikode. The Team Lead Career Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through their career development journey, providing personalized career counseling, developing and implementing career development programs, and facilitating international educational experiences. Additionally, this role will involve collaboration with industry professionals, continuous research on career trends, and offering workshops and training sessions to students.

• Experience in career counseling, career development, and career guidance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students and stakeholders
• Ability to develop and implement career development programs and workshops
• Research skills to stay updated on the latest career trends and opportunities
